• Professional experience in social work or healthcare, demonstrated through voluntary service, a secondary school diploma in social sciences, or completed vocational training in a related field.
• If no formal experience is available, two years of relevant professional work in social work or healthcare (in Germany or abroad) may be accepted upon review.
